In the unlikely event that the goods ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.
While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

All payments via our site are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.

At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
Delivery lead time for products may vary. Each product has a lead time displayed on it indicating when you can expect delivery of your order. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than the time indicated. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.
We do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange product once you've received your order unless we have made a genuine mistake in our description, delivered the wrong product or where your request to exchange is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. Please contact us first before sending your order back as it may get declined. In all cases Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange. Please note products returned to us for an exchange must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item.
